Submittal Process
Pre-application meetings are held on Thursday afternoons by appointment at 2:00 P.M. and 3:30 P.M. Due to the popularity of these meetings, appointments are granted on a first-come/first-served basis as complete requests are received. Appointment times will not be held for incomplete requests.
To schedule a pre-application meeting, complete the application below, upload the required documents, and submit. Staff will advise you of the next available date and collect the $300 application fee. If you have any questions, please contact the Permit Center at permit@bonneylake.gov or 253-447-4356.
A complete application includes the following (see submittal worksheet for guidance):
- Completed Pre-Application Form
- Project narrative
- List of questions
- Conceptual site plan
- Application fee
- Conceptual building elevations and/or floor plans (optional)
- Photos of the site (optional)
- Any additional information that would be helpful to understand the proposal (optional)
